Lampe d'inspection
If you have to work on the car engine at night, or inspect under the car in daylight, an inspection lamp can be invaluable. Most can be run off the mains or the car battery, and take bulbs up to 100 watts. The bulb is protected by a wire guard. Lamps usually have a clamp for fitting to the bodywork so that your hands are free.
